Q: I have a billing question. Who can help me?

Q: Where do I get technical support?

A: If you are experiencing issues using any of the offerings, contact Central Intermediate Unit 10 at [email protected].

Q: Is a trial version available?

A: We do not offer trials, but you can sample course content on our video page.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?

A: Yes. Discounts are available for bulk purchases.

Q: I am purchasing on behalf of an end-user. How do I make sure login information goes to the end-user, not me?

A: At checkout, include the end-user’s first name, last name, and email address. You’ll see a field for that information at the bottom of the form.

Q: Why can’t I log in?

A: There could be many reasons but the most probable is you have simply forgotten your username or password, are trying the wrong one, or are entering it incorrectly. Passwords can be changed using the Forgot Username or Password option at login.
